Guided by Historic District regulations, this renovation carefully preserved the home’s original front and sides while introducing a thoughtfully designed expansion by architect Allard Ward. A second story was added above the existing structure, complemented by a substantial rear addition that reimagines the home’s living spaces.
The design creates a seamless connection between indoors and out, with an expanded layout that extends to covered outdoor living and entertaining areas.
The result is a cohesive blend of historic character and modern living, thoughtfully executed to honor the home’s past while elevating its future.
