Located in the Historic District of Belle Meade, this renovation required a thoughtful approach to preserve the home’s original character while introducing modern functionality. Adhering to strict guidelines, the front façade and two existing sides were maintained, with a seamless addition extending from the rear of the home.

The two-story expansion added three bedrooms, two baths, and a spacious bonus room upstairs, while the main level was reimagined to include a large kitchen, primary suite, family room, and dedicated laundry.

Designed with intention and respect for its surroundings, this project reflects a balance of preservation and progress—blending historic charm with elevated, contemporary living.
